Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked. You have 30 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in 'perfect sellable condition’. We do not expect the garments to be necessarily plastic wrapped and perfectly folded, but we are certainly unable to accept items for return if;

- Tags have been removed.
- They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in any way. They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- They have been washed.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear and socks unless faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition, and the items may be returned to you at your own cost. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Arrange a Return
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out and submit the online returns form available here and send your item to: LSE Shop 2-4 Portsmouth Street, London, WC2A, UK.
Please include your original invoice sheet or a short written note with your Order number on inside the box. Without this we may be unable to process your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please add to your return invoice and write on the outside of the package 'THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND NO CUSTOMS DUTIES SHOULD BE CHARGED' This
will avoid any unnecessary customs charges and your return possibly being returned to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any damage caused to the goods in transit must be reported to us in writing with photographic evidence of such damage within 5 days of delivery.
